The Hāna Rodeo Returns

Save the date – the Hāna Rodeo returns on Saturday, January 27th, 2018. There will be fun for the whole ʻohana with events, games and concessions. Contact Operations Manager Clayton with any questions at ccarvalho@hanaranch.com

Morning Events

7:00 am – Arena open for schooling horses; registration booth opens
8:00 am – Gates open to public
9:15 am – Team Roping Competition (Adults)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Entry forms will be available that morning to fill out. There is $15 office fee. You must be an ACTRA member to enter the roping event ($60 annually) or pay a non-member fee of $20. Cash or check only. Roping books close at 8:45am and you must be entered by then for roping. ACTRA #7 roping, progressive after 1. Pick 3 draw 3 or draw all.

Contestants: Entry fee is $30 per run per person for roping and mugging. Entry fee is $20 per run per person for barrel racing. We will have a camping area around arena (horse paddock) for participating contestants the night before rodeo available. Parking available in the horse paddock day of.

Public: $5 per car to enter (no maximum persons per car) Limited 10 handicap spaces. Seating for event will be on grass around arena, public encouraged to bring beach or folding chairs.

Food for public and contestants will run from 8:30am – 2:30pm
